Music: Opera, Jazz, Soul, Blues, Rock, actually mostly anything!

Hobbies: Reading, Arts, Crafts, History, learning new things like Welsh!, Jack Russell doggies!

A very sad person obsessed with Torchwood - well ... Captain Jack and Ianto actually! hehe! ********************************************* THAT IS WHY I AM SO TOTALLY DISGUSTED AT THE ARROGANCE OF RTD TO KILL OFF IANTO JONES! I get that the storyline has to show Jack losing people he loves and going on BUT they didn't deal with the Janto relationship properly - it could have been SO much better as they did in QAF - missed opportunities - RTD should be ashamed of himself! For me Torchwood is no more!!! And it breaks my heart! Little Ol' Me: I absolutely HATE people who are homophobic! Get over yourselves! Not a subject you want to get me started on - I get VERY cross when I hear about this unforgiving society we seem to have created who are not willing to tolerate people living their lives as their want - same sex marriages, partnerships or whatever is nobody's business but the people it concerns! SERIOUSLY -- California Supreme Court -- WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??? How can you ban something that everyone should have the right to do?? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES -- ALL OF YOU!!! AT LAST - DON'T ASK DON'T TELL HAS BEEN REPEALED! WELL DONE OBAMA! NOW DO THE SAME FOR GAY MARRIAGES! So - be warned - my fanvids contains images of gay love - get over it - no likey no watchy - simple as that!! Personally I think love in any form is wonderful because it is love that makes the world go around!! I love comedy ... there is nothing like good old fashioned side splitting screaming laughing! Brian Blessed on Have I Got News For You ... one of THE most hilarious things I have seen ... thought I would die from laughing ... subtle humour is sometimes best ... the spoof clips from Rainbow and the Quaker Oats advert with the nude uncle ... unbelievable!! Didn't think I would be able to breathe again!!! And Lee Evans XL Tour ... yep definitely died that day!!! Caught Lee Evans at Brighton recently - absolutely fricking hilarious ... laughed my socks off!!! I love silly jokes like ... Where do you find a tortoise with no legs ...... where you left it!!!!! That kept me giggling for weeks ... says a lot about me! Hate soaps with a vengeance! Love live theatre ... try to go at least two or three times a month ... not really into musical theatre ... although adored Victoria Wood's Acorn Antiques! Have seen Graham Norton and John Barrowman in La Cage Aux Folles!! Both brilliant! And so was Simon Burke (hubba hubba!) Saw first night of Holding the Man at the Trafalgar Theatre in London with Simon Burke about two guys in Oz who meet at school and fall in love; deals with them and HIV and their early deaths. Absolutely brilliant play! Actors surpassed themselves! Try and get to see it! First half is hilarious, second half funny and tragic. Such emotion! Best play I have ever seen was Kevin Spacey and Jeff Goldblum at The Old Vic ... Speed The Plow ... absolutely amazing ... put a lot of Brit plays doing the rounds to shame! Next close best ... also at The Old Vic was Dame Diana Rigg in Almodóvar's ... All About My Mother ... genius ... not quite as good as the film ... but there again Almodóvar's films surpass genius ... particularly in their original Spanish language! However .. best thing I have seen recently HAS TO BE ... the Trockadero Ballet of Monte Carlo ... to say they are brilliant does not do them justice!! If they come out your way make a point of going to see them ... you will NOT be disappointed!! Even if you don't think you will like ballet ... you will love this!! Absolutely adore Jeremy Clarkson [and of course Top Gear!] and the men and women off of Grumpy Old Men/Women ... that could SO be me! HaHaHa! BUT this is FUNNY: Women Are Evil By Nature... A woman went up to the bar in a quiet rural pub. She gestured alluringly to the bartender who approached her immediately. She seductively signaled that he should bring his face closer to hers. As he did, she gently caressed his full beard. 'Are you the manager?' she asked, softly stroking his face with both hands. 'Actually, no,' he replied. 'Can you get him for me? I need to speak to him,' she said, running her hands beyond his beard and into his hair. 'I'm afraid I can't,' breathed the bartender.. 'Is there anything I can do?' 'Yes, I need you to give him a message,' she continued, running her forefinger across the bartender's lip and slyly popping a couple of her fingers into his mouth and allowing him to suck them gently. 'What should I tell him?' the bartender managed to say. 'Tell him,' she whispered, 'there's no toilet paper, hand soap, or paper towels in the ladies room.' Hilarious!!!
