I'm using a software ... just before yesterday I got aware that I made a major mistake - I didn't count the oil I used for the salad or for cooking LOL so I discovered that I actually ate much more calories than I counted to that day ... but NOW I count the oil too ... Maybe I'll do a video about calories counting, too, great idea to do it!!! Good luck and good (weight) loss!! CU! Keep on the good work!

Jun 18, 2009 - Don't forget the most important thing in reducing calories is to keep the calories low and the nutrition high. That is why I use the cronOmeter. It tracks vitamints, minerals etc so you can supplement if you are not getting enough. The cronOmeter is easy to use and no web site to deal with. CR is a lifestyle. I am almost at 2 years into it. Jun 21, 2009 - I downloaded it but it doesn't work properly on my PC, it displays an error message each time I click on a certain button (to fill in my age, weight, etc) so for now I'll stay with my German calorie counting software, that doesn't deliver any further analysis (vitamins a.s.o.) :-/

Feb 19, 2012 - ok... I have a question... I'll admit that I skimmed through your video but my Q is this: I went to my friend's and he reheated some chicken drumsticks for me that his mom made, they seemed shallow-fried but really, I have no clue how she actually did cook them, if they were fried, I have no idea how much oil she used or what type of oil. How do you estimate the calories on that?
