TIP If your hair is naturally curly or frizzy, I would recommend you to straighten your hair first so it would be easier to work with. Jan 26, 2010 - maybe the barrel is too big? cause 1 1/2 inch curling iron is pretty big try a smaller one or try holding it in for longer! curling mousse and other hair products might help too !

Apr 4, 2010 - well there are a lot of things that may cause your hair to not curl. maybe your curling iron, the temp of the curling iron, hair products, hair spray, your hair texture. but if you have straight hair thats layered i believe that's pretty easy to curl, so maybe try a smoothing serum on your hair. and make sure ur curling iron is good and heated! hair spray helps with making the curls stay too!
