A training video for the Bud Light Lime Down River Sprint presented by Jackson Kayak at the 2009 Teva Mountain Games. The Down River Sprint is part of the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge. The 4 mile paddle from East Vail to Vail Village includes a rally race format with boaters dropping in at timed intervals. Pretty simple... best time wins. The best part about the Down River Sprint: you can race on about anything that floats! This can be the make or break leg of the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge (featuring additional mountain bike, road bike and trail running events) as some participants don't have their water wings.
